Noble Seal swept home under Gavin Ryan to take the Lougher Handicap in Bellewstown at 8/1.
The Fascinating Rock gelding made up a lot of ground on the outer in the final two furlongs and came with a powerful run to claim Moss Tucker (11/2) in the final 100 yards.
The latter tried to stay with him but went down by half a length. Barretstown (25/1) completed the placings in third, three lengths further back.
Jockey Ryan said: “I'm very happy with him. Tony (Martin) fancied him big time coming here today.
“He's had some good runs in defeat of late and things just haven't fallen right for him, like in Galway last time.
“We went a good gallop today and I was able to take my time, come with one run down the wide outside and I think it suited him.
“The ground is probably good to yielding, so the sting is gone out of it, and I think that helped him to. I'm delighted for him and the owners.”
