Rose gets off mark over jumps
Our Nana Rose got off the mark over timber in good style in the opener at Fairyhouse.
Sent on by Andrew Thornton before the last the mare kept on strongly to score by four-lengths from Blue Belle Polka
Pat Martin 's charge, who enjoyed a terrific year on the level with three victories, was making just her second start over hurdles.
She made an encouraging debut behind Doctor Deejay at Gowran Park last time and showed the benefit of that with a polished performance.
