Fergal Birrane's Rock On Dandy defied a 7lb hike in the weights to oblige again in Dundalk.
The three-year-old grey gelding made good headway to hit the front over five furlongs from home in Division One of the mile and a half handicap.
He was bustled along by Padraig Beggy entering the straight as High Kicker challenged in second.
Rock On Dandy kept finding for pressure approaching the final furlong and strode clear in the latter stages to prevail by a length and three quarters.
He rewarded his supporters at 9/2 with High Kicker (14/1) chasing him home. Marino Marvel the 11/4 favourite, was a neck further back in third.
Fergal Birrane, who travelled across Ireland from Co Mayo, said: "We keep him off the gallops and keep him on the beach and it seems to suit him. It's brilliant to get the second win with him here and hopefully there is more to come.
"We may even drop him back a bit in trip as he seems to be versatile. Padraig was brilliant on him and really has the handle on him now."
Rock On Dandy won over course and distance by three lengths on December 6th.
