Questions Answered wins Limerick feature
Local trainer Eric McNamara recorded back-to-back wins in the featured Grade B Tim Duggan Memorial Handicap Steeplechase at Limerick today, winning this year with Questions Answered
A welcome winner for the capable Shane Jackson, the son of Old Vic needed to battle to see off the challenge of Carrigmartin on the run-in.
Afterwards McNamara, whose Larkwing won the race last year, stated “Questions Answered is a pleasure to train and he is owned by fabulous owners!”
He added “the step up to three miles should see an even better horse again and hopefully there’ll be another big day in him.”
Jockey Jackson, who was partnering just his second winner of the season, was having his first ride for McNamara.
