Pimlico Sound showed real dash to justify favouritism in the opening www.tote.com Handicap under Wayne Lordan.

The grey son of Acclamation made all and kicked on from a furlong and a half out. The five-year-old stayed on well to beat Fairy Flow by three and a half lengths.

Fairy Flow ran much better than she did yesterday with different tactics adopted here, Pat Smullen electing to drop her in this time.
