Perce Justifies the Odds
Those who took 2/5 about Perce Rock for the Go Racing In Kildare Hurdle wouldn't exactly have been happy as Alan Crowe was niggling along from before two out but he got Freds Benefit s measure going to the last where he launched himself at the flight, before going away on the run-in to win by four lengths.
Following up a stylish Limerick success after reverting to hurdles this season, Fozzy Stack observed: "He is a bit more relaxed this year, he has grown up a bit. We've no plans, he may return to chasing."
