Patience plays its part with Art Of Logistics!

Last year's useful novice hurdler Art Of Logistics made a winning start to his chase career when landing the Gowran Park Racing Club Beginners Chase at Gowran today for trainer Dessie Hughes and stable jockey Bryan Cooper.
The son of Exit To Nowhere moved to dispute the lead travelling well at the second last with Too Scoops when that rival fell, leaving Art Of Logistics clear. From the last Cooper kept the five year old gelding going to hold the challenge of Balnaslow
Afterwards Cooper stated “that was a good start; we've always thought an awful lot of this horse and we half minded him last year, when we didn't run him in the top novice races. Chasing was always going to be his game.
“I was in front sooner than I would have liked today but he came on the bridle two out. He ran around before the last a bit but won cosy in the end. Hopefully he'll pay his way in some of the better races over the winter.”
