Path D’oroux (14/1) completed a 149/1 double for trainer Gavin Cromwell in the Buggyman (Pro/Am) Flat Race.
Derek O’Connor made all on the Coastal Path gelding who was bought by present connections for £105,000 after winning a point-to-point for Mick Goff at Borris House in December.
A couple of challengers closed on the smooth-travelling five-year-old racing towards the final furlong but, once shaken up by O’Connor, he kept on well to beat Built By Ballymore and Halibut by a length and a quarter and half a length.
Cromwell, on the mark earlier with Peaches And Cream said: "He's a nice horse. I'm delighted with that, we really liked him at home and I'd say it was a good bumper.
“He was a little bit keen and it didn't exactly go to plan. We intended to ride him with a little bit of cover, we couldn't get it but he still won it and that's always the sign of a good one."
