Pasar Silbano wins Listed Curragh Stakes
Ger Lyons' Pasar Silbano landed the opening Curragh Stakes at The Curragh today, a 14th winner in Ireland for South African born Keegan Latham.
Pasar Silbano, a daughter of Elnadim, raced prominently, improved to lead over two furlongs out, before staying on well for a three parts of a length win over Call Me Alice
Lyons later reported "I felt this week that Pasar Silbano was starting to come back to the filly she was earlier this year. We were trying to settle he 'in' in races but she is a big strong filly and that was probably the wrong thing to do with her."
