Oxx's Power off mark at 3rd attempt
Night Of Power prevails under Declan McDonogh

We had a third well fancied winner in as many races at Dundalk when favourite Night Of Power landed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden (Plus 10 Race).
Declan McDonogh rode the 11/10 favourite for John Oxx, and he made all to beat the Pat Smullen and Colin Keane horses, Kalaxana and Bring On The Band by a length and a neck.
Kalaxana was backed from 10/1 into 11/2 whilst Bring On The Band was the 100/30 second market choice.
Oxx said afterwards: "We are very happy with him. He had two good runs at Naas on soft ground which he doesn't like so we are delighted with him.
"We were waiting for good ground and this is the place to come for fast ground and he liked it and he just lobbed along in front. He was a bit idle in front but he did enough to win.
"He's a nice horse and he should stay well next year. Going a bit of distance hopefully he will be a nice horse. He likes fast ground and is a horse we like.
"It would have taken a good one to beat him but he had to make it there. He did it nicely.
"His form was good. He had a wide draw the first time and had to come from a good bit back, and the second time he fell asleep in the stalls and was badly away and had a bit too much to do again.
"They were two good runs when he was struggling in the soft. He needs a little break, he's had three runs. Hopefully he will be a nice three-year-old."
