Trainer John Oxx introduced newcomer In My Pocket to win the concluding Kilberry (C & G) Maiden at Navan today, scoring under his stable jockey Declan McDonogh.
The son of Dubawi , running in the colours of Sunderland Holding Inc, readily held the challenge of 15/8 favourite Cenotaph for a two and a quarter lengths win.
Oxx, who has been without the backing of his former principal owner the Aga Khan this term, was registering his second winner of 2015 while McDonogh was registering his third Turf winner of the new season and his seventh this year.
