Oodachee Galway bound
Trainer Charlie Swan has the Galway Festival in mind for his Oodachee following the horse´s most recent win, his 10th, in the Ballykisteen Hotel & Golf Resort Hurdle at Tipperary today.
Oodachee, a son of Marju, led and disputed throughout, eventually shrugging off the challenge of main rival Recovery Man before the straight, before recording a three and a half length win.
Swan, who deserves plenty of credit for training Ooadachee to win ten races, later mentioned "Oodachee is in three races at Galway but I´m leaning towards running in the Galway Plate."
He added "he is also entered in the GPT Amateur Riders´ Handicap and a conditions chase on Tuesday but I´d prefer to run in the Plate as he only has 9st 11lbs in the race."
Ladbrokes left Oodachee unchanged at 16/1 for the Galway Plate.
