Onzo on the up
Onzo Mor bounced back from a heavy fall at Tramore recently to win the Kiltoom Handicap Chase at Roscommon today for trainer Denis Cullen and jockey Eddie O’Connell.
Afterwards Cullen said “Onzo Mor took a bad fall at Tramore the last day and gave us a fright - it is brilliant that he bounced back with a win today.
“We schooled him over hurdles since then to give him confidence and Eddie (O’Connell) came in during the week and schooled him over fences. We were happy to take the fences on again today and this looked a good opportunity.
“Hopefully the handicapper isn’t too hard on him now and we can find another race for him.”
