On Our Radar rewarded Andy Slattery's faith with a comfortable success in the Gift & Art Gallery Dundalk Handicap over seven furlongs.
The 18/1 shot tracked the leaders and was ridden to the front a furlong from home by Cian Horgan. From there, he stayed on well to score by two lengths. Dromantine (13/2) came through for a never nearer second and was half a length in front of One For Mum (8/1).
In-form Slattery said: "We did give him a good each-way chance, I thought he was off a good mark.
"His runs here during the winter were good and he has got a bit stronger.
"He ran below in Cork in a five-furlong race and the ground was too heavy for him.
"We said we would claim off him today, he was running essentially off 60.
"They do (sire Elzaam gets plenty of winners in Dundalk) and he likes good ground."
On his stable's good form, he added: "It is really about getting the right race for the horses - you could have a horse ready to run there and you find no races. All the right races are coming for the horses."
This was Slattery's eighth winner in the last three weeks.
