Oliver on the mark again with Curragh 1st & 3rd
Bang in form Andy Oliver saddled the first and third in the Emirates Equestrian Federation Handicap at the Curragh with Super Say prevailing under Ben Curtis.
Backed from 14/1 this morning into 6/1, Super Say held the challenge of top-weight Hujaylea by half a length with the other Oliver runner Elusive Award staying on under Kevin Manning to be a length and three parts back in third.
County Tyrone-based Oliver said: "Super Say is a very good horse. He is a big horse and I thought he might have needed the run today (his first for 202 days).
"I was hoping his class would carry him through. He could go for the Royal Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot and big handicaps like that are the target for him."
