Olfa claims Tipp opener
Olfa powered clear inside the final furlong to claim the opening sprint maiden at Tipperary.
Pat Smullen had the Dubawi filly prominent in the centre and sent her on with over a furlong to run.
Newcomer Judies Child tried to throw down a challenge but couldn't live with Dermot Weld's charge, who carried Hamdan Al Maktoum's colours to a two-and-a-half length success.
"She had the form to win it and was entitled to win her maiden," said trainer's son Kris Weld.
"She did it well and we'll find a little handicap for her next. She may go up to six furlongs.
"Pat said the ground was on the easy side of good and that was a help to her."
