Old Si gained the fourth win of his ten race career when putting up a good performance under Ian McCarthy in the Headfort Handicap Chase. The 7/1 shot beat Dromin Hill Echo by a convincing two and a half lengths.

Winning trainer, Dessie Hughes said: "Two and a half is probably his trip although he should get three miles and that was a fair effort under top-weight. He wants that better ground and we'll look for something at Fairyhouse and Punchestown." (EM)
