The 4/6 favourite Agritime duly obliged in the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Facebook Flat Race.
The daughter of Mountain High, runner-up on her only previous outing at Roscommon, was always close to the pace and went away in the straight under Michael O’Sullivan to beat the well-backed King Kali (20s this morning into 11/2) by three lengths.
The debutant Keepthefaithinme (3/1) was the same distance further back in third.
Winning trainer Emmet Mullins said: "That was a nice performance and she was entitled to do it on her form. We've been waiting for a little cut in the ground but didn't get any summer soft and the owners were good and patient.
"I have her since February, she should improve for a trip and going over hurdles. She'll be a nice winter mare. We decided to claim from her, it was Michael's first ride for me and he kept it simple and was very good on her."
Winning owner/breeders the O'Mahony family (Bug Syndicate), from north Kerry, previously owned Grade 1 winner Cailin Alainn, in whose name today's Listed Novice Hurdle won by Mrs Milner was run.
