O'Mara and Cleere inform at Cork
Thomand O'Mara was continuing his good run when winning The Dromahane Handicap with Lee Applause with Michael Cleere doing the steering. Cleere who was in front from over 2f out stayed on well to hold off the fast finishing Shamiran with Michael Kinane on board by ? length.
Thomand O'Mara's wife Roisin said afterwards, "He did that well, that's his trip and he handled the ground well today. He's a consistent sort who's not winning out of turn all of our horses are running well at the moment."
