O'Brien double at Leopardstown too
Belgravia and Ana O'Brien prevail over Clongowes and Kevin Manning

After their big double over at Newmarket the Ballydoyle team repeated the feat at Leopardstown as Belgravia added to Douglas Macarthur s earlier win by emerging victorious in the concluding Crew Of R116 Memorial & Irish Coastguard Maiden. Clongowes had twice finished ahead of Belgravia in the past and he gave it a right good go up front this time.
Indeed he looked like he might stay to the fore up the straight but Belgravia was tough for Ana O'Brien on his first attempt over a mile and a half.
He showed the superior stamina in the closing stages to register a three parts of a length win.
"He's very tough and he'll keep finding for you. We went a nice gallop and he stuck at it well," stated the winning rider.
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Toursoun trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.
