No problems for Indevan

Indevan won as his odds suggested, the Willie Mullins trained gelding taking the Martin Reilly BMW Dealer Novice Hurdle in convincing fashion under Ruby Walsh.
The five-year-old son of Indesatchel was sent off the 1/5 favourite after he won his maiden hurdle on his last start at Punchestown in May.
He also has point-to-point and bumper wins to name, those coming at Dromahane (when trained by Tom Keating) and Gowran respectively.
The Susanne Ricci owned bay, made all this evening and despite jumping the last clumsily, he never came off the bridle, easing to a three and a half length success. Whisky Galore kept on after the last to take second at 16/1 under Adrian Heskin for Niall Moran, while 5/1 shot, Theonewiththeleg was a further three lengths back in third.
Ruby Walsh joked afterwards; “It was hard work!”
He added: “You could expect any more.”
