Nicholls and Walsh record double
Ruby Walsh and Paul Nicholls recorded a quick double when Noland won The Killultagh Properties Ltd Chase Grade 3 for owner John Hales.
Winning trainer Nicholls reported afterwards, "Noland had a breathing operation in July and he came back to work a month later so we thought he wasn't as fit as Kauto Star and that he might need the run. That win will have given the horse great confidence. We will go for The Peterborough Chase at Huntington next with him and long term plan would be for the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham in March."
