Neveradullmoment asserts after the last

Neveradullmoment put in a lovely round of jumping on his way to a comprehensive victory in the Kenny Developments Handicap Steeplechase at Galway.
The seven-year-old gelding stalked Lake Chad and moved on two out. The advantage was increased at the last and he set about climbing the hill on good terms with himself.
The 9/4 favourite soon asserted and coasted in by nine and a-half lengths for Mark Walsh. Macgiloney kept on for second at 16/1, in a different parish to the winner, but was three-and-half-lengths clear of Toofareastiswest (66/1).
All three of his career victories have now come in Ballybrit (two over hurdles).
Philip Dempsey said: "He is a different horse here, he jumped great and Mark gave him a lovely ride. Macgiloney was the horse I feared as he is a seasoned warrior, but our horse winged fences and won well.
"We'll hopefully find a race for him here back in October and you wouldn't rule him out for next year's Galway Plate; we'll mind him anyway. He likes that ground so might be more of a summer type."
