There has been a change in the going for this afternoon's Troytown Chase Day at Navan following 21mm of rain on Saturday and into Sunday morning.
The morning has begun foggy at the course but that is due to lift before midday.
Abacadabras, owned by Gigginstown House Stud and trained by Gordon Elliott, is a significant non-runner from the Monskfield Novice Hurdle (1pm) due to the change in the ground conditions.
With Sixshooter (ran yesterday) also a non-runner in the same race this leaves Fury Road as the sole Gigginstown representative from an original declaration of three.
The Elliott trained runner now faces just three opponents and is set to be one of the shortest-priced runners of the year with bookmakers quoting odds of 1/25 this morning about the recent Down Royal Maiden Hurdle winner.
Paddy Graffin has just completed his walk of @NavanRacecourse. There is a slight tweak to the going since this morning and he also has the latest update on the fog around the racecourse at the moment. pic.twitter.com/up4EEHjaSK
