Jockey Johnny Murtagh completed a double at Dundalk this evening when steering 8/11 favourite Little White Cloud to win the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Maiden (Div 2).
The son of Dalakhani was produced to lead a furlong out before staying on well to record a length win over Mischief N Mayhem
Oxx was not present but Murtagh did later briefly mention “Little White Cloud has come on for the run at Leopardstown (in September) but he is still a big baby. He could make up into a nice mile and a half horse for next year.”
Murtagh had earlier partnered Levanto to win the earlier division of the same maiden.
