Willie Mullins claimed the concluding Paddy Power Clane Shop (Pro/Am) Bumper at Naas today with the Gigginstown House Stud owned Avenir D'Une Vie under the Champion Trainer's son Patrick Mullins.
The 8/11 favourite quickened smartly from the two furlong pole and in the end recorded an effortless win over Tamlough Boy
Afterwards Mullins senior stated “that's more like what we think of him at home and he'll go for winners' of three bumper.
“I don't think that ground is crucial to him as he's a real good mover and I think he'll be fine on good ground.
“We always thought he was a nice prospect and I think I ran him when he wasn't ready first time and he was probably beaten by a nice horse the last day.
“I think he's improving all the time.”
Avenir D'Une Vie was completing a double for his owner Michael O'Leary's Gigginstown House Stud.
