Mullins recorded first treble of his career
Danny Mullins recorded a 403/1 treble today the first of his career. The first leg of his treble kicked off aboard his Uncles horse Cristal Island he then went on to win the feature race on Paul Cashman's Glitter Baby the last leg of his treble was supplied by English trainer Mick Quinlan aboard Metal Madness
Danny Mullins mount battled well towards the finish to hold off Tommy Stacks fast finishing Golden Tokyo and the 3/1fav Zulu Princess
Sixteen year old Danny Mullins is the leading apprentice this season with a total of 14 winners so far. Danny is son of trainers Mag Mullins and Tony Mullins and he is apprenticed to Jim Bolger.
