The 11/10 favourite All The Others was on and off the bridle throughout the Listowel Vintners Association INH Flat before staying on well in the straight to head longtime leader Song For My Father a furlong out.
The Well Chosen gelding, a half-brother to useful jumper Mount Mews, stayed on well under Patrick Mullins to account for Song For My Father by three and a quarter lengths with Second Subaltern four lengths further back in third.
Winning trainer Willie Mullins, who was doubling his tally for the day after the opening race win of No Risk No Fun said: “It was a great performance from where he was.
“He was very green early on. He got crossed at the start and then was always in little pockets and he didn't know how to race.
“Then when he got out wide, into clear air, he just picked up and showed the bit of ability that he has.
“I don't know whether I'll continue on with him, he was very straight looking today and he might benefit from a break.
“We know he's not too bad now so we might bring him home and let him strengthen up. He was very fit looking there and I'd like to see him getting stronger.”
