It was easy to see where Colm O'Donoghue's "She's a star and deserved that as she wears her heart on her sleeve every day she goes out.," came from, after he secured the middle leg of a Sligo treble, shared with his boss, Jessica Harrington, in the Diageo Day 21st August At Sligo Races Handicap on Rickrack (11/2).
Rickrack made a lot of the running before asserting a furlong out to see off South East by five and a half lengths.
Earlier on the mark with Dragon Girl in the claimer, O'Donoghue elaborated: "I'm not sure what happened her at Killarney the last day (9th at the County Kerry track in mid-July).
"I think she may be going for a Listed race (John Musker Fillies' Stakes) at Yarmouth in September that Beautiful Morning won last year."
