Morning proves Supreme in mares hurdle
Morning Supreme turned the mares novice hurdle at Cork into a procession as she blew her rivals away.
Willie Mullins' charge made every yard of the running and eased clear of her field down the home straight.
Ruby Walsh had an easy day at the office as the daughter of Supreme Leader powered home for a 21-length victory.
"I was waiting for this race for ages. It was cancelled once or twice," said Mullins.
"I'll try and find a similar race for her. Christmas might be a bit soon as she's a bit hard on herself.
"We might keep her down the country. We'll look at the end of Limerick or the New Year.
The winner hadn't impressed with her jumping on her debut at Limerick and Mullins said :-
"She seemed to be a lot better today. Even when she got close she didn't lose ground. If she makes as much improvement again she would be up to graded company."
