More of the same for Weld and Smullen
The Moore Factor and Pat Smullen rout their rivals

It was a case of more of the same half an hour on from Gowran's opener as Dermot Weld and Pat Smullen again combined for an authoritative victory with The Moore Factor (9/4 into 6/4) in the Societies Welcome At Gowran Park Golf Club (C & G) Maiden.
Smullen donned the Abdullah silks on Discipline victorious in the first, and here he was in the Robert Sinclair livery for the spin on The Moore Factor.
Again he dictated from the outset and favourite Pacodali couldn't live with him from over a furlong out, seven and a half lengths splitting them at the finish.
That was the same margin of victory achieved by Discipline.
"He did it well. He was a fit horse, knew his job and the draw (stall three) was a big help," said Weld.
"He came on from the run at the Curragh and handles that ground."
The Moore Factor was sourced from the Martin Hassett yard after finishing second to Weld's True Solitaire at the Galway Festival last July.
