Moran continues good run
Inform jockey Davy Moran recorded a double this evening at Clonmel his first winner came aboard Frank Ennis' Apt Son to win The Rathronan (C & G) Maiden. The second leg of his double was aboard Tipper Road trained by Lee Smyth and owned by The Platium Starlight Syndicate.
Lee Smyth 26 year old trained his first winner this evening he is currenty training in Co Tyrone and was assistant to Jim Bolger a couple of seasons ago.
Davy Moran who is apprenticed to Jim Bolger is enjoying a wonderful season he recorded his 19th winner this evening and is now two in front for the Champion Apprentice Title.
