Moore finally gets there with Bonifacio
Pat Kelly succeeded where two others before him had failed by getting Bonifacio to win a race as he landed the R.S.S. Document Storage Handicap Hurdle at Sligo.
The well-bred son of Sadler's Wells bolted up by three and a half lengths under Tommy Treacy from Scenic Bay
Kelly, who recently dispensed with a pair of crutches, said: "I had an infection in the leg but I'm getting there now. All I can tell you about this horse is that he is very well bred and cost a lot of money at one stage.
"Hopefully he'll win in Killarney now as well on Tuesday. It's the owners first winner after twenty five years of trying. Pat Moore, he is from Kilcullen in County Kildare and I'm delighted for him."
