Monday Wins on Saturday
In the words of commentator, Jerry Hannon, Not Til Monday had second after second after second but he sunk the black in the Graun Hill Handicap for trainer David Myerscough and rider Robbie Burke.
The blinkered son of Spartacus was a definite leader a furlong out and he stayed on well to beat Moon Luck by four lengths.
Myerscough said: "He has been knocking on the door all season and we're very happy to get the win. He ran a blinder behind Curling Bird at Dundalk. We have fourteen in the yard and they seem to be turning the corner now. I was confident coming here but I didn't know if he'd handle the track. He will go for another handicap now."
