Mister Carter another for Stack & Lordan
Mister Carter gave Tommy Stack another winner in what has been a dream start to the turf flat season when completing a double for the Tipperary outfit in the Foxrock (C & G) Maiden.
Thirty five minutes earlier Noll Wallop had impressively taken the Group 3 Leopardstown 2,000 Guineas Trial Stakes also under Wayne Lordan.
'Fozzy' Stack said of the newcomer son of Antonius Pius, who scored by two and a half lengths from Rocky Elsom "He was a big raw horse last year. His dam is a half-sister to a Guineas winner and the owners gave plenty for him as a yearling. He is likely to step-up in trip now."
