It's 93 plays 87 now as Colin Keane further tightened his grip on the 2017 jockey's championship with success on Noel Meade's Art Of Unity in the Irishinjuredjockeys.com Nursery Handicap (Plus 10 Race) at Dundalk.
Smullen was looking good through much of the five furlong trip, on the front end aboard Stewardess
However Keane's mount, the Noel Meade-trained Art Of Unity, came home best.
He beat Downtown Diva by a length and a quarter with a short head to Stewardess in third.
Outsider Ar Saoirse ran well to be fourth, half a length further back.
"He ran well the other day (over six furlongs at Fairyhouse), he was a bit unlucky and got a little bit lonesome. Back to the five there today was ideal. He had a nice draw and handles the surface well," said Keane.
"He's a horse that probably still doesn't know how to sprint because he was a little bit lost early doors but he will probably be a nice enough sprinter for Noel (Meade) next year on good ground. He'll have plenty of fun with him."
