McDonogh wins opener at Curragh
The opening race this afternoon at The Curragh The Bank of Scotland EBF Maiden was won by the Kevin Prendergast trained Nafaath with Declan McDonogh doing the steering for owner Hamdan Al Maktoum.
Kevin Prendergast said afterwards, "Did it well he's a nice horse to have. We might go for the 9f race at Leopardstown The Eyrefield Stakes with him next."
