McCullagh doubles up on Lady Bennett
Half-an-hour earlier Niall McCullagh deprived Charlie Swan and Aidan Connolly of a winner with Maggie Neary when he scored aboard Long Journey Home but the veteran Carlow rider made amends in the "Tote Trifecta" Rollover Handicap when he provided the aforementioned Tipperary trainer and Galway owner with a success courtesy of Lady Bennett
Challenging widest of all on the three times previously raced High Chaparral filly, McCullagh's mount had too much 'toe' for the gambled-on Johnnys Legacy at the business end.
Swan said: "She's a grand filly. She's out of a mare (High Reef) that won for us at Galway and as the owners are from over there I'm sure they'll want to go to Ballybrit next month.
"She was a bit disappointing as a two-year-old but as a High Chaparral I was hoping she'd improve at three."
