Maybe Grace takes last at Naas
Maybe Grace followed up on her recent win at Fairyhouse when taking the concluding ITBA & Gain Horse Feeds Supporting The Irish Racing Industry Handicap under a fine ride by Fran Berry.
Berry who carried the familiar colours of Hayley O’Connor hit the front entering the straight and stayed on strongly to record a three length win over Rassi Maguire
Eamon Leigh who was representing the winner trainer said afterwards: “She’s on a roll and improving all of the time.”
“We thought she wouldn’t handle the ground but Fran [Berry] was delighted with her.”
“She might go for the McDonogh Handicap now, we’ll have to discuss it in the morning and see.”
