The 5/2 favourite Maker Of Kings was a most impressive winner of the Group 3 Coolmore U S Navy Flag Concorde Stakes under Colin Keane.
The Zoffany gelding, carrying a 3lb penalty for his first Pattern victory in the Amethyst Stakes at Leopardstown in May, tracked the leaders on the inside before making headway to challenge once straightening up for home.
He led over a furlong out and stretched right away to slam the front-running Carrytheone by five and a half lengths with Laughifuwant another neck away in third.
It was a fourth career win for the 4-year-old who completed a double for owner/breeders Newtown Anner Stud after Enthrallment in the opener.
Shane Lyons, assistant to winning trainer Ger Lyons, said: "He is very effective on that ground and has been a superstar for us all season since the Lincoln (finished second) and ran really well at Leopardstown last time on ground which was quick for him.
"This is his ground and as Colin says, he is probably better than a Group 3 horse on this ground.
"First and foremost, we'll be speaking to his owner and making a plan but it'll all be about next year because this lad is only improving with age."
