Trainer Ger Lyons and stable jockey Colin Keane completed a double at Dundalk this evening as Cape Wolfe landed the www.dundalkstadium.com Handicap for owner Sean Jones.
The son of Piccolo had finished in the prizemoney in six of his previous nine starts but was today gaining his maiden win, coming from off the pace for before scoring a length win over Ishebayorgrey
Lyons, earlier successful with Royal Ascot hope Birdcage later stated "I think he deserved that and he came on from for his first run (of 2015).
"Colin (Keane) said he loved the hustle and bustle; he pulled him out for one clear run and he's genuine out."
