She may have had a couple of disappointments at Thurles on Thursday with Zarinava and Western Gale but Lukie Victor put Jessica Harrington back in the winner's enclosure after seeing off a host of challengers to take the Event Hire At Naas Racecourse Handicap Hurdle.

Andrew Leigh got the 15/2 chance home by one and a quarter lengths from Taradoun There were a host of horses fancied for this two miler, chief among which on track was Carthalawn (16s into 8s) who could only manage eleventh.
