Roger Loughran put in a good performance aboard Dessie Hughes' trained Beneath The Radar when coming in front of The Great Oak Maiden Hurdle.

Hughes said afterwards, "That was grand, it looked to be a very good maiden hurdle. He ran some good races last season and this was his first run back, he won't do an awful lot over hurdles we'll chasing with him shortly."
