The Liam Burke trained Loughaderra Dame was rewarded for her consistency when she came home in front of the Newry Mares Maiden Hurdle after she was left in front when Emotional Melody blundered and unseated Mark Walsh at the last.

Winning trainer Burke said afterwards: “That was her Gold Cup. She always seemed to find one better in all of her races.”

“You just need luck on your side and we got that today. We will probably look for something similar for her next.”
