Leigh at his best aboard Badgerlaw
Badgerlaw displayed admirable battling qualities to land a nice pot in the Watch Racing UK on Chorus NTL Handicap Hurdle.
Andrew Leigh who was aboard the Accordion gelding came with a well timed run to lead on the run-in for a half length win over College Daisy
“That was a nice surprise. We were very pleased him last week and with so few three mile races we decided to take our chance with him”, said a delighted Harrington.
“He will go back over fences when the ground improves. He doesn’t enjoy chasing on the heavy ground.”
