Leceile gets act together
The opening Admission Only €5 Mares Maiden Hurdle at Fairyhouse today went to the Noel Meade trained Leceile (4/1), which made all for an easy win under Paul Carberry.
Afterwards Meade said “Leceile was entitled to win on her last run. She was very decent on the Flat but unfortunately she took an aversion to starting stalls.
“She jumped well there, apart from the first, and we’ll go for a winners’ of one and see what happens next. She was a very expensive foal in the States and has a great pedigree.”
