Lasse Viern outstays rivals in Ballinrobe
The Jimmy Morrissey trained Lasse Viern stuck to his task well when out-battling his rivals to take the Sheridan Electrical Handicap Chase from top-weigth Chief Oscar
Winning rider Robbie Moran was at work some way from home on Lasse Viern, but the gelding responded well to pressure and once hitting the front at the final fence kept going for a three-quarters of a length success.
