La Chassotte wins again for O'Leary
La Chassotte from the Gerard O’Leary stable recorded her fourth win in a row when winning the ‘Tote Trifecta Rollover’ Handicap under Ben Curtis.
The Until Sundown filly, owned by the trainers wife Dr Eithne Murphy was been pushed along from over a furlong and half out.
The French-bred responded well to pressure to get up and lead close home for a half length success over the fast finishing Regresa A Mi
A thrilled O’Leary said afterwards: “I thought we were beaten but she’s just so tough.”
“The plan now is to go for the mile and quarter race in Galway on the Monday, we’ll put her away until then.”
