Kilkenny Men Dominate at Wexford
The two Kilkenny Shanes, Gorey and Foley were separated by a head at the end of the Carnsore Point Handicap, with the former just denying the latter a double, as All Heart held off Annie's Dream to justify 5/2 favouritism, becoming the third market-leader to triumph in as many races at Wexford.
Shane Gorey, out of action for a lengthy spell through injury, returned to the winner's enclosure on the brilliant Galway specialist, My Valley, last week. Tom Mullins trains All Heart for his wife Helen and they were both absentees as they were at the Dublin Horse Show supporting their son David. (EM)
