Kennedys Mor runner-up at Tramore earlier this month, went one better when taking the www.grahamnorris.com Memorial Handicap Hurdle in the hands of David Mullins at Clonmel.
The John Murphy-trained gelding was already proven over this three miles trip having scored over the same distance at Tipperary last year. Redclue set the pace until headed by the 11/2 winner entering the straight and, after shrugging off the challenge of Run For Firth stayed on well on the run-in to score by a length and three quarters.
Janesboy completed the placings another length and a half away in third.
Portrait King was an absentee due to coughing, while two of the runners effectively exited at the third last as Dawerann fell and badly hampered New Kid In Town
